Since 1900 when our company was established in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture, our company has adapted its business model with the times and continued to grow for over 120 years. We currently oversee all aspects of our production line, from producing poultry meat at our farm, processing, packaging, to sales and distribution.
The environment surrounding the broiler industry is rapidly changing. Although an increased emphasis on health by consumers has helped maintain a strong foundation for our sales, a shortage of farm workers and processing employees, an increase in imported meats and dramatic advancements in technology has changed the way the industry operates. We believe that it will be difficult to compete against international competitors if we continue the way we have operated our business up until this point.
Our company isn't held back by conventional methods. We continue to challenge ourselves with new themes, advanced initiatives, utilizing new technologies and equipment to continue growing and become an even stronger company. We will be the driving force for the future of the broiler industry in Japan.
